Eoghan Ryan: Oh Wicked Flesh! (images from this exhibition unavailable)

Examples of past work:

RA Gallery, London-8/03/2013

Whilst I was in London for my Camberwell interview, I had some spare time and visited the RA Gallery. I was really drawn to one particular artist the most and feel she has inspired me to create work; coincidentally, we have just started FMP.

Keith Tyson introduces his show 'Panta Rhei' at Pace London:

Excerpt from the press release of this exhibition:
'One of the techniques that Tyson uses is to paint over an existing work or on a blank canvas, and then scrape paint over the surface.'

I found this technique interesting as I enjoy over-painting photographs and has been at the focal point of some of my main  pieces of work in the past. If this idea persists, then I plan to go to second hand shops and buy pieces of work that I can use and update my own ideas onto the painting.
